Which photo looks better? Yellow from light or not?
Here are all the things I'm currently enjoying...a little bit of photography, a little bit of cooking, and a little bit of puppy dogs!

Bianca Pizza with Chicken
My first thing cooked from a recipe on my nook! It wasn't easy and I don't recommend it, I had trouble. It was still yummy, Will said too cheesy. I used cheeses we don't normally eat on homemade pizza (ricotta and mozzarella)

Pineapple Chicken Pizza
This is suppose to be Pineapple Bacon Pizza. But we didn't have enough Canadian bacon.
So if you make this you can substitute the chicken for bacon.
1 pizza crust
1/2 C sweet and sour sauce
3/4 C unsweetened pineapple tidbits
1/2 C mixed nuts chopped
chicken
1 C shredded cheese
Top crust with sauce, pineapple, nuts, chicken, and cheese.
Bake at 450 for 8-12 minutes.

Pepperoni Pizza Twist..but I didn't twist it.
I started slicing...and Will said wait, just cut it in half it's like a calzone. So he took the whole half and ate it like a sub.
I should have just called Catherine and got her family recipe, but I found this one so I decided to try it. If it sucks I'll use Ellie's next time because I know it's good!
Fridgerated pizza dough
Flour
1/2 C Mozz Cheese
1/2 package Pepperoni
Jar pizza sauce
Some Parm Cheese
Italian seasoning
Roll dough out. Put mozz and Pep down the center of each rectangle. Drizzle 3 T of pizza sauce. Roll up jelly-roll style. I had no idea what this meant, so I did it long ways "hot dog fold" if you are a teacher.
Seal seams. Put on greased foil on cookie sheet (so you don't have to clean it) seam side down. Make 3 slashed across top of loaf. [you are suppose to brush with egg white here, but I have no clue how to separate an egg] So I skipped that part..and it seems okay. Sprinkle with parm cheese and seasoning.
Bake 350 for 25 minutes. Then cover with foil and bake 4 min longer. Let sit for 10 min before slicing. Serve with remaining pizza sauce.
*We are having this with a salad b/c I'm pretty positive this is an appetizer and not a meal. I'm starving...when will that man be home? 8:10pm Monday.....
Update: It was excellent!

Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

The top picture I crumbled bacon, easier to eat, the bottom picture was my first go around and I just laid strips. From Quick Cooking Spring 2008
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 whole wheat pizza crust
8 oz. pizza sauce
6 bacon strips
2 C mozzarella
2 C cheddar
1 Tsp pizza or Italian seasoning
dill pickle slices (I LOVE pickles, however I even thought this would be gross)
Brown meat.
Spread with pizza sauce. Top with beef mixture, bacon, and cheeses. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning. Bake at 450 Degrees (yikes this makes our fire alarm go off) for 8-10 min.
We've had this twice. I really love it, but not quite as much as the Colorful Chicken Pizza.

Colorful Chicken Pizza
Need a quick meal? Try this one! Yes I could use a new cookie sheet!

1 Pizza Crust
Some EVOO
1 pkg. grilled chicken strips
Some BBQ sauce
Dash of garlic powder

When I got my new mag last week I found many recipes I wanted to try. However, Will said only two at a time, in other words he doesn't want the week to suck if they aren't good! I was rather surprised we liked this pizza, but we did and it will definitely be cooked again.

Note: SCEG says you don't have to preheat your oven (unless you have baking bread or something that has to rise)...and you can cut the oven off at a few minutes before it is done! Save power=save money!
