Italian Steak Sandwich

I deleted a lot of stuff and added a lot of stuff from the original recipe that came from Cuisine at home: Weeknight Grilling Mag from Lowe's.

For 2 pp:
I mixed mayo with parsley, salt, and pepper.
Grilled 1 sirloin steak.
Then thinly, well as thin as I could sliced the steak against the grain.
Toss slices in EVOO, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Split ciabatta rolls, brushed with EVOO and grilled to toasty.

Then make like a regular sandwich, mayo, and red leaf lettuce (my new fav). Very yummy. However, I need a good knife, my thinly sliced was poor!
