Apple Blueberry Crisp

from Taste of Home
4 C sliced peeled apples
2 C fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 C packed brown sugar
1/4 C OJ concentrate
2 T all-purpose flour (sub. whole wheat flour)
1 t ground cinnamon

1 C old fashioned oats
1/2 C packed brown sugar
2 T all-purpose flour (WWF)
1/2 t ground cinnamon
1/3 C cold butter, cubed

Vanilla ice cream

The Mess
1. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Transfer to greased 9 in square baking dish.

2. For topping, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
3. Sprinkle over fruit.
4. Bake at 350 for 30-35 min or until topping is golden and fruit is tender. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
