Adapted from Taste of Home Jan/Feb 09
2 cups Corn Chex
2 cups mini pretzels
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
1 pkg. white chocolate chips
Combine the first three ingredients. Microwave the chips until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. Immediately spread onto parchment paper. Let stand until set, about 20 minutes.
Break into piece. Store in an airtight container.
Note: Original recipe added 20 caramels coarsely chopped. (Will hates carmels, I love them...maybe next time)
