When I eat this I feel like I'm on a diet, but it's still good.

1/2 C plus 1 T lemon juice
6 T EVOO
3 T parsley
3 T grated lemon peel
1-1/2 t minced garlic
3/4 t salt
3/4 t thyme
3/4 t marjoram
3/4 t pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
In a small bowl combine the first 9 ingredients. Pour 1/3 C marinade into a ziploc. Add chicken. Refridgerate for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
Drain chicken and discard that marinade. Grill chicken covered for 5-8 min per side, or use Forman about the same time. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
Sounds like a great summer dish. We'll be trying this one soon.
