Shrimp en Fuego
Turned out pretty good. I only change the shrimp recipe a little. I don't use all those spices, instead I use "hot cock" the hot sauce they use at the Japanese steak house that has a rooster on it. Served over pasta, but I love it over half of a baked potato too.
