Smoky Corn and Potato Chowder


I liked it...Will said it was "too corny" duh, corn chowder? I've also heard to take this pic off b/c it doesn't look appealing. So I shrunk it instead!

Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4

1 1/2 cups milk
1 can cream style corn
1 cup cubed cooked ham or smoked sausage (we used bacon!)
8 small red potatoes coarsely chopped
1 ear of white corn (cut off kernels)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Stir milk into cream corn in large saucepan. Add meat, potatoes and whole kernel corn.
Heat through, stirring occasionally. Remove from hear. Stir in cheese and serve with grilled cheese sandwiches! This came from a soup label, but (note the changes)
