Parmesan-Encrusted Tilapia w/ Lemony Green Beans

Tilapia:
4 skinless fillets (1 lb total)
We used some other bland white fish, but I forgot what kind.
dried basil
1/4 Parmesan cheese (love it so double it!)
2 teaspoons EVOO
Green Beans:
1/2 lb green beans, ends trimmed
1/4 cup lemon juice
pepper
1 tbs. EVOO
Preheat the broiler. Cut the fish lenghtwise into two pieces, then dry with a paper towel and season with pepper. In a small bowl combine basil and Parm; set aside. In a pot, bring water for beans to a boil.
Heat EVOO in a heavy ovenproof skillet over moderately high heat. Saute fish for 3 min until brown. Flip over and remove the skillet from heat. Dust the fish with parm mixture. Place the skillet under the broiler to finish cooking about 4 min. As the fish cooks, add beans to boiling water. Lower heat and cook for 5 min until bright green. Drain beans and run under cold water. Shake off excess water. Mix lemon juice, pepper, EVOO in a microwaveable bowl. Add green beans and toss to coat. Warm for 30 sec. in microwave. Serve!
I liked this recipe because sometimes I have a hard time having everything ready at one time. I love HOT food, so this recipe worked well for me. The fish and beans were both hot!
I served this with Garlic-Sauteed Swiss Chard too.
