Monterey Barbecued Chicken

2 servings

2 bacon strips
2 chicken breasts
1 T butter
1/4 C BBQ sauce
1/2 C shedded cheese

I left out:
2 green onions
1 medium tomato

Cook bacon until cooked but not crisp. Set aside.
Cook chicken in butter (so much tastier than the Foreman I'm use to) over medium heat for 7 min per side or until chicken is done. Cut to test.

Top each breast with BBQ, bacon, and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook for 5 min. until cheese is melted.

Will was dieting so I left off the BBQ sauce on his...but he still said it was good, but mine was better!
