Beef Skewers



Beef and Peaches on the grill? When I saw this idea I just had to try it!


I threaded mushrooms, green peppers, beef stew pieces, and halved peaches!


Will grilled for about 6 minutes (they looked really rare when he took them off), so after he brought them inside he put a foil tent over them. They sat for 5 min. I made a mixture of EVOO, parsley, champagne vinegar, salt, and pepper. I spooned the mixture over the top and we served!

Eve asked about the vinegar....I just added the champagne vinegar because I had it. My girlfriend Jaimie once gave me a kitchen basket type present and it was in there. The bottle is very different looking. I have never seen it in the store either.

  1. Champagne vinegar? I'm not famaliar with that. Where can you buy it. That looks so good..I never thought of using peaches,,I usually use pineapple though so I am going to try peaches. I love your blog.

  2. I'm loving this idea. I have no grill. But I'm getting a flat top for my stove so I can get a faux-sizzle going on. I will be making this soon!
